Public Leader in Advocacy


Aaron has been active in the community. He has enjoyed a successful private-sector career which has included property management, gaming, and airline management. He’s also been fortunate to have made an impact on local education. He has worked as an educator at CCSD, Faith Lutheran Junior High, and Faith Lutheran High School. In addition, he has been dedicated to public service where he has served as a Clark County Juvenile Probation Officer and Non- Profit Founder and Executive Director for the Asperger’s Training, Employment and & Life Skills. He’s an Executive Board member on several Non-Profit boards including the UNLV Veterans Alumni Club (Vice President).


Aaron has devoted his free time to our communities. He believes that they deserve leadership and role models they can stand behind. With over 24 years of experience serving those in need, Aaron Manfredi stands as a leader by example in our community. He’s helped guide at-risk youth, lent his hand to those who live with disabilities, advocates for his fellow veterans and finds employment for ex- felons. Aaron is passionate about giving back to our community. He’s helped secure employment for 173 adults with autism, high functioning disabilities, veterans and ex-felons. He’s an executive board member of the UNLV Veterans Alumni Group, President of The Achievement Academy, Inc (Autism) and an advisory board member for Heroes 4 Autism. He actively lends his support to Las Vegas community programs with his nonprofit and public service expertise. Every year Aaron, partners with local sponsors and UNLV Harrah’s College of Hospitality and holds an annual fundraiser at Wet ‘n’ Wild for children and their families from Safe Nest (Domestic Violence), Foster Connect, Disabled Veterans and our local Boys & Girls clubs to have a relaxing day in the park.
